Get ready to celebrate Independence Day with the exciting Boscobel Firecracker Run/Walk on Friday, July 4th, 2025! Join the festivities at Kronshage Park in Boscobel, Grant, where you can choose between a thrilling 5 Mile Run or a more leisurely 2 Mile Walk or Run. Kids can also get in on the fun at the Children's Fun Run starting at 8:00 AM, with no registration required.
This year features a brand-new 5 Mile course that promises to delight participants with its scenic out-and-back route. Following the race, participants can cool off with FREE swimming, making it a perfect day for family fun. Don’t forget to stick around for the vibrant parade in downtown Boscobel! With race times set for the Children's Fun Run at 8:00 AM, the 5 Mile Run at 8:15 AM, the 2 Mile Run at 8:25 AM, and the 2 Mile Walk at 8:30 AM, there's something for everyone. Same-day registration will be available from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM at the park shelter. Join in the excitement, support local tourism, and create unforgettable memories this July

Organiser's Description
Kick off your 4th of July at Kronshage Park with either a 5 Mile Run or 2 Mile Walk or Run. There is also a Childrens Fun Run: 8:00AM (no need to register for the kid's run). FREE SWIMMING after the race! Then stick around for the parade that follows in downtown Boscobel.

The funds raised by this event are used to pay for the expenses incurred, with the remaining balance used to promote tourism within our community through the Boscobel Chamber of Commerce and to aide in scholarship funds through the Boscobel Education Foundation.
Note: This race will be run rain or shine. No Refunds given if event is cancelled due to bad weather.
