OUR INAUGURAL HOPE FOR TOMORROW 5K WILL TAKE PLACE FRIDAY, JUNE 6TH AT COMO LAKE PARK IN LANCASTER, NY. HOPE FOR TOMORROW WILL BE RAISING FUNDS AND AWARENESS FOR ALL WESTERN NEW YORKERS WHO HAVE BEEN IMPACTED BY BREAST CANCER. IN ERIE COUNTY, ALMOST 900 WOMEN ARE DIAGNOSED EVERY YEAR AND THE BREAST CANCER NETWORK OF WNY DELIVERS SUPPORT TO HELP THEM EVERY STEP OF THE WAY PLUS WE HAVE PROGRAMS TO HELP REDUCE THE RISK OF BREAST CANCER. Como Lake Park is a certified 5K course and relatively flat. The 5K race will be timed and begin at 6:00 PM. Awards will be presented 3 deep to the top male and female runners. In addition, age group awards will be presented to the top 3 male and female runners in each of the following groups: 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and older. If you're walking, we have a pretty easy 1 mile course laid out for you but you can walk as far as you are comfortable with. The walk will begin at 6:15 PM after the runners have started. Same day registration will be available but will not include a tshirt or goodie bag. -

Walkers will not be timed. The 5K walk route is the same as the run but there is a 1 mile short cut option available as well. Please walk as far as you are comfortable with. The walk will begin at 6:15 PM after the runners have started. -
