The Bridgton 4 on the Fourth road race, a 4-mile race located in the beautiful Lakes Region of southwestern Maine, is in its 48th year. Over the years we have hosted local families, vacationers, as well as Olympic hopefuls and qualifiers. The race starts at 8 am by Food City at the center of town. Race numbers can be picked up behind Stevens Brook Elementary School in the afternoon of July 3 or prior to the race. The top three male and female runners receive cash prizes.
The race is supported by many of our local businesses, and all proceeds benefit the Bridgton Public Library and other local non-profits.
