Get ready for the Briotix Annual 5k, exclusively for Community Transit employees! On Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, join your colleagues for an exciting onsite run/walk in Everett, Snohomish. With start times at 8 AM, 1 PM, and 4 PM, this event promises a fun day filled with camaraderie and fitness. A convenient shuttle will be available to transport participants from HCSO/CAB to the start line at Pickle Time Deli, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
For those who prefer a flexible option, there’s also a virtual 5k available! From July 27th to July 31st, you can complete your 5k at your own pace, whether you choose to run outdoors, on a treadmill, or track your distance with a smartwatch. Regardless of the option you choose, all participants will receive a certificate of completion and a stylish Community Transit water bottle. Lace up your running shoes and get ready for a fantastic day of fitness and community spirit!

We will be holding an onsite run/walk on Wednesday, JULY 29TH with START TIMES at 8AM, 1PM, and 4PM. A shuttle will be available from HCSO/CAB to the start line at Pickle Time Deli and back once you complete the race.
SHUTTLE TO AND FROM:
- CASCADE 30 MIN PRIOR TO RACE TIMES
- HCSO 15 MIN PRIOR TO RACE TIMES
VIRTUAL 5K INFORMATION
There is also the option to participate virtually and run a 5k over 5 days starting July 27th and finishing July 31st. Simply sign up through the Yumuuv app (Virtual 5k) [https://app.yumuuv.com/challenges/e08f852b-46be-4e16-a375-15b7b9a092e3/info] and send us photos of your run. You can track it with your smart watch, a phone app or a treadmill. All participants whether virtual or on site will receive a certificate of completion and a Community Transit water bottle.
