This uplifting event honors the courageous spirit of Brooklyn Rose Medina, a local warrior in the fight against DIPG, a devastating form of pediatric brain cancer. Lace up your running shoes and participate in a 5K that not only promotes fitness but also supports a vital cause, with 100% of the proceeds going to Brooklyn's Petals of Hope Foundation for pediatric brain cancer research.

We will be hosting the 3rd Annual BrooklynRoseStrong 5K Family Fun Walk/Run on September 12, 2026 at the Lakefront in Saint Cloud, FL in memory of Brooklyn Rose Medina, a local #DIPG warrior. All of the proceeds from the race will go to support pediatric brain cancer research.
100% of all donations go directly to Brooklyn's Petals of Hope Foundation in memory of Brooklyn, so ever dollar makes a difference. Please consider donating to this worthy cause and start giving these kids hope as they fight the deadliest of cancers. Every bit helps.
We encourage team registrations! We will have awards for the Largest Team and the Most Spirited Team! So bring on the team spirit! We will also be celebrating the Top Male and Top Female Finishers! This is a family friendly event, so bring the kiddos and we will make sure they have their own kids dash before the morning is through!
