The Bully Blitz 5K run and 1-mile walk will take place on Saturday, October 18th at This event is a fundraiser for Its A Pittie Rescue, a local nonprofit, volunteer-based rescue. All proceeds from this event will go directly toward the rescues mission of rescuing, rehabbing, and rehoming pit bull breeds and educating people about one of Americas most loyal and kind breeds, one dog at a time. This event will feature the 5K and 1-mile walk, vendors, adoptable dogs, and much more! We do ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
CHECK-IN: All runners and walkers will check in from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to receive race instructions, Goodie Bags, chipped race bib & Race T-shirt. Check- in will be at Symerton Tap & Grill 18332 W Commercial St Symerton/Wilmington, IL
RACE TIMES: The race will begin at 11:00 am. Race will be on Wauponsee Glacial Trail-Symerton Access, The race will start with a competitive wave then a fun run wave.
