BURN BOOT CAMP IS A NATIONAL FITNESS FRANCHISE FOCUSED ON EMPOWERING WOMEN AND FAMILIES THROUGH 45-MINUTE, TRAINER-LED CAMPS DESIGNED TO BUILD STRENGTH, CONFIDENCE, AND COMMUNITY. AT BURN CENTERVILLE, OUR MISSION GOES BEYOND WORKOUTS WE ARE COMMITTED TO CREATING A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT THAT HELPS PEOPLE BECOME STRONGER PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, AND EMOTIONALLY.
WE ARE HOSTING OUR FIRST-EVER BURN BOOT CAMP CENTERVILLE 5K AS A WAY TO BRING OUR COMMUNITY TOGETHER OUTSIDE THE GYM WHILE SUPPORTING A MEANINGFUL CAUSE.
THIS EVENT WILL BENEFIT THE MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY ASSOCIATION (MDA), AN ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO FUNDING RESEARCH, PROVIDING CARE, AND ADVOCATING FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AFFECTED BY MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY, ALS, AND RELATED NEUROMUSCULAR DISEASES.
