Get ready for a festive celebration at C3's 2nd Annual Santa Trot on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in the heart of West Chester, Butler! This family-friendly event promises a day filled with holiday cheer, starting with registration opening at 11:00 AM at MidPointe Library, where participants can drop off their Santa shoeboxes and enjoy the charming atmosphere of Santa's Lane.
The excitement kicks off with a variety of vendors, delicious food trucks, and festive spirits available from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Children will have a blast with numerous activities and a chance to meet Santa himself! The day also features a delightful Pet Parade and Costume Contest at 11:15 AM, followed by performances from local choirs at 11:30 AM. The main event, the Santa Trot, begins at noon, followed by the Little Elf Run at 1:00 PM. Come join the fun and make unforgettable holiday memories at this joyous community event!

CLOSEDOur 2nd Annual Santa Trot has increased this year from a 1.5 mile trot to a 2 mile trot. (we are working up to a 5K!) Packet pick up Friday, December 5, at MidPointe Library from 5-7 PM. On site registration and packet pick up begins at 11 AM at MidPointe Library on run day, Saturday, December 6. -
