Organiser's Description
The Caf'e & Cacao fun run is to help support the work of Chronic Care International (CCI) which is a non-profit organization that helps people living with both poverty and chronic diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure. CCI works with patients in Omaha, the Dominican Republic, and the Philippines who suffer from these diseases. Their goal is to help every community save the lives of those who suffer from chronic diseases.
