Cape Cod Indoor Triathlon at the YMCA Cape Cod
This USAT Sanctioned clinic event is based on time verses distance, meaning athletes are given a specific timeframe for each discipline and will go as far as they can in that given timeframe.
🏊♀️ Swim: 15 minutes in the pool
🚴♀️ Bike: 25 minutes on a stationary bike
🏃♀️ Run: 20 minutes on the treadmill
