Event summary
Both races promise an unforgettable experience, complete with a special day medal and a night medal for each participant. Runners who take on both events will connect their medals to create one stunning piece. Don't forget to bring your headlamp or flashlight for the evening race, as you'll be racing under the stars! Join us for a day filled with camaraderie, adventure, and the thrill of running through the beautiful trails of Proud Lake State Recreation Area.
Organiser's Description
The event includes both a long (Half Marathon) and short (10K ) option in the morning and evening. The morning race will be completed in daylight and the evening option will start before dark, but many people will finish after the sun has gone down!
We will have both a day medal and a night medal! If you do both events, your two medals will connect to make one complete medal.
_*Night Running: Keep in mind that the evening race starts at 7:00 pm. This means that potentially you will be running after dark and will need lights (headlamps preferred but a flashlight will do) to complete the race depending on your pace!_
