5K Mud Run For EVERYONE filled with 35 + challenging obstacles. It's located on a farm in Coal Valley. You'll run thru pastures, woodlots with changing elevation and terrain. You'll snake thru Case Creek for the last part of the race. We'll provide you with a challenging course that will test your endurance. We are having some special pre-race Ninja obstacles this year as well as climbing walls, cargo net, mud pits, Floating Rings , Ring Walk , Low rig , High Rig , Stairway to Heaven and much much more !
