THE ANNUAL CAVE CREEK CACTUS CLASSIC (C4) IS AN ARIZONA FAVORITE!
Join the Desert Foothills Mountain Bike Association (DFMBA) and 300+ of your best riding friends this fall! With a Gun Shot Start and Sheriffs Posse escort through Cave Creek to the start of single track fun youll have an experience like no other!
The course covers over 25 miles through Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area, Cave Creek Regional Park, and even part of the Maricopa Trail! The course includes a mix of technical sections, rocky ascents, and thrilling descents. Demanding both skill and endurance from participants. From the exhilarating singletrack sections to the challenging climbs and fast-paced descents, every part of the course is designed to test the riders abilities and keep their adrenaline pumping. The Flume Trail exit onto New River Rd sets the stage for a thrilling finish that promises to be a spectacle for spectators. Friends, family, and fellow enthusiasts can cheer on the racers as they give it their all in a sprint finish, leaving nothing behind on the trail. Finally winding your way back to the Finish Line right in the Town of Cave Creek!
DFMBA will host event festivities, special vendors, and awards at Race Headquarters Local Jonnys Tavern & Cafe. The Town of Cave Creek is just north of Phoenix and is home to unique restaurants, shopping, and live music venues! Fun for family, spectators, friends, and participants!

OPENS SOONThe Cave Creek Cactus Classic (C4) produced by DFMBA, takes riders through 25 miles of beautiful Sonoran desert, with 2,000 feet of elevation gain. Whoa cowboy, think youre fast? Last year the race winner rode it in 1 hour and 24 minutes! Mortals should plan for 2 1/2 3 1/2 hours and bring plenty of water!
