Join us for the exciting Cawker City Picnic - Fitness Center Fun Run on Saturday, August 15th, 2026, in the charming town of Cawker City, Mitchell! This lively event offers participants the choice between a 3-mile walk/run or a more challenging 5-mile run, both starting and finishing at the Fitness Center, conveniently located northwest of Lakeside Elementary.
Experience the scenic beauty of the dike as you navigate the 3-mile course along its western side, or push your limits on the 5-mile route, which takes you around the entire dike and beyond! Each race will be officially timed, and awards will be presented to the top three finishers in both distances. Not only is this a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a fun day of fitness and community spirit, but all proceeds will also support essential updates and sustainability efforts for the Community Fitness Center.
