FALL CROSS COUNTRY 5K & 1-MILE FUN RUN - Clapp Cross Country Course | Wichita, KS
Get ready for a fall racing experience on the official home course of the Wichita State Shockers Cross Country team! Unlike a typical road race, this true cross country event takes you over grass, rolling hills, and open fields, challenging both your endurance and racing strategy.
TEST YOUR FITNESS, COMPETE WITH FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS!
Gauge your fitness and compete against fellow runners, clubs, and corporate teams in a fun yet competitive atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned racer or a weekend warrior, this race offers an exciting challenge for all levels.
AWARDS & TEAM COMPETITIONS -5K
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS: Top 3 finishers in each Men's and Women's age group, plus the top overall male and female winners.
TEAM CHALLENGE: Form a team of family members, friends, co-workers, or club members and race for the fastest team average time! (A maximum of 7 entrants is allowed per team, but the average time of the top 5 finishers counts.
There are THREE team divisions:
* Male
* Female
* Co-ed / Mixed - Any combination of male and female athletes are allowed in this category. One of the scoring members must be a member of the opposite sex.
AWARDS - 1 MILE
Awards will go out to the top 3 male and female finishers overall.
All finishers of the 1 Mile Run will receive a finishers medal.
