Every year since 2020, during our organization's Celebration of Life: Cancer & Health Awareness Weekend, we have hosted our annual Celebration of Life 5K Walk/Run, which began during the pandemic as a way to encourage our community to stay active while honoring the value of life.

Today, the event continues to promote health, wellness, and awareness of critical health issues, including cancer, sarcoidosis, diabetes, heart disease, and COVID-19. Whether you choose to walk, jog, or run, your participation helps raise awareness while supporting programs that serve individuals and families throughout our community.

Each year, we gather in Melissa, Texasthe home of Code Pink Productions Inc.to unite in support of healthier lifestyles, cancer warriors and survivors, and those affected by chronic illnesses. We invite you to register and join us for this year's Celebration of Life 5K Walk/Run on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 8:00 AM, beginning at Melissa Lake Park in Melissa, Texas. (If the starting location changes, all registered participants will be notified by email in advance.)

Can't attend in person? You can still be part of the movement! Register for the event, make a donation, and complete the 5K (3.1 miles) by walking or running in your own neighborhood or local park. No matter where you participate, you'll be helping us raise awareness, inspire healthier communities, and support a meaningful cause.
