Whether you're walking or running the 5K, your participation will help raise awareness about the challenges faced by marginalized communities while promoting physical fitness and community engagement. The event also shines a spotlight on the remarkable Carson Academy of Excellence, which provides quality education to over 500 students in Mukuru Kwa Ngenga, one of Nairobi's largest slums. Best of all, children aged 10 and under can join in for FREE without requiring registration! Join us to make a difference and help break the cycle of poverty for these deserving children!
Organiser's Description
The CHANCE 5k Fun Run and Walk is more than just a raceit's a movement to create opportunities for children in unserved communities. By participating, you'll support the CHANCE Global Initiative, a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives through education, health, and economic empowerment.
Together, we aim to:

check mark Highlight the incredible work of the Carson Academy of Excellence, which provides quality education to over 500 students (grades 1-8) in Mukuru Kwa Ngenga, one of Nairobi's largest slums.
Your participation helps us empower these children with the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty and reach their full potential.
