Whether you run, walk, jog or stroll, you'll be surrounded by survivors, caregivers, families, friends and advocates united by one mission: to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease.
This unique 5K on the sand is a family-friendly and dog-friendly event, making it the perfect way to spend a morning with those you love while supporting a lifesaving cause. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome, whether you're chasing a personal best or simply enjoying a walk along the beach.
