The Chicago Federation of Labor May Day 5k Run and Walk is Chicago's "Union-Powered 5k," celebrating workers and Chicago's Labor Movement. The race along the Lakefront Trail starts at the McCormick Place Lakeside Center and is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. All registrants will receive a commemorative union-printed T-shirt, free parking and a complimentary beverage at the post-race party and award ceremony. We proudly use union companies for our tents, food and awards.
