Not only will you enjoy a day of fun and fitness, but you'll also be supporting a great cause, as event proceeds will benefit youth initiatives in Southern Rowan County, including scholarships and school projects. Registration is affordable, with the 5K available for just $30 ($20 for participants under 18), and the Half-Mile Fun Run also priced at $30 ($20 for youth, $10 without a t-shirt). Don’t miss out on the chance to participate in this community celebration and enjoy refreshments post-race on the lawn at 320 North Main Street. Plus, if you're feeling ambitious, you can complete a unique double challenge by racing in both the Fall Crawl and the nearby Race to the River 5K earlier

5K RUN/WALK & HALF-MILE FUN RUN - Fast, flat, 5K Route along Main Street in China Grove, NC (same course as the China Grove 5K Main Street Challenge)!
Halloween costumes are welcome to add to the fun! Race bibs may be used for sponsor or merchant discounts after the race.

START: Runners set off from the starting line on Main Street at Ross St.
FINISH: Runners welcomed home on Main Street in front of Town Hall
FUN RUN for all ages will take place following the 5K.
AWARDS will take place in front of Town Hall immediately following the Fun Run.

This day (10-18-2025) is a rare Rowan County opportunity - the chance for anyone who wants to race two fast 5Ks in 1 Day! - the Race to the River 5K [https://runsignup.com/Race/NC/Spencer/RacetotheRiver5KFunRun] in Spencer in the morning and this race, the China Grove Rotary Fall Crawl 5K, in the late afternoon! The top 5 Male and top 5 Female runners with the overall FASTEST combined times for both races will receive special recognition and an award following the Fall Crawl 5K!
T-SHIRTS guaranteed to all runners and walkers in 5K & Fun Run except $10 Fun Run option. Late registration T-shirt pick-up time TBD. Virtual participants may pick up t-shirt or receive t-shirt via mail after the completion of the race.
REFRESHMENTS on the lawn at 320 North Main Street after the race.
