Delmarva's Coastal Traverse Adventure Race is back in 2026! This 12-hour beach themed adventure race will challenge teams and solo racers alike to navigate Delawares coastal landscape by bike, foot, and paddle, linking wildlife refuges, state parks, beaches, tidal marshes, and vibrant coastal towns. With multiple route choices and numerous optional checkpoints, experienced racers can push for a full-course completion while newer teams can tailor the challenge to their comfort level without losing the spirit of the race. Tides, terrain, and strategy will all play a role, rewarding smart decisions as well as raw endurance. Featuring some newly raced areas of the Delmarva Peninsula, this event offers a fresh, dynamic test of adventure racing skill in one of the regions most diverse coastal environments.
