This exciting third annual fun run offers participants the chance to choose from three scenic distances: 1 Mile, 3 Mile, and 5 Mile, all set against the stunning backdrop of the moonlit sky. This year, the course features a delightful mix of both trail and road, allowing runners to experience the thrill of navigating the airport's trails and tarmacs under the stars.
Don't forget to bring a light or headlamp, as the event takes place in the evening! After crossing the finish line, enjoy a lively after-party complete with music and delicious food trucks. Each participant will receive a custom finisher's medal, and there's an option to purchase a commemorative T-shirt. Registration is just $35 if you sign up before October 8th, but latecomers can still join the fun for $45. Join us for a night of camaraderie, fitness, and community spirit, all while supporting the development of commercial air service in the Big Horn Basin!

Ready to take your running game to new heights? Join us in Cody, WY, for Cody-Yellowstone Air Improvement Resources (CYAIR) for the 3rd annual Once In A Blue Moon Fun Run, including 1 Mile, 3 Mile, and 5 Mile options. And this year, we're giving you a more traily course! Come prepared to run a little road, and run a little trail. Experience the thrill of walking, jogging, and running at the airport on trails and tarmacs at night under the moon and stars. (Please bring a light or headlamp, as the days will be shorter!) When you finish, enjoy music and food trucks. All Proceeds benefit the development of commercial air service in the Big Horn Basin of Wyoming.

This will be a fun and attainable out-and-back on a little road and some grass/trails! Fun for the whole family! Get your running shoes warmed up, and bring a headlamp! -

Want a little more than 1 Mile, and less than 5? This is the perfect distance for you! This out-and-back course will have one aid station at the 1.5 Mile turnaround. You'll be running on a little road, and a lotta trail! So get those running shoes warmed up and your headlamp charged - it may get a little dark out there! -

The 5 Mile course is new and it is going to be a trail adventure of your dreams! This loop course takes you around the entire permimeter of the runway on a mixture of mostly grass, soft dirt trail, and a little pavement. There will be two aid stations - one at 1.5 Miles, and the second at 2.5 Miles.
