Get ready for an exhilarating day of fun and fitness at the First Annual COLES CROCS Splash and Dash, taking place on Sunday, September 28, 2025, in the vibrant community of Cypress, Harris. This exciting event features a variety of race distances catering to all ages and skill levels, ensuring everyone can join in on the action! Adults (13 and up) will tackle a challenging 300-yard swim followed by a 3-mile run, while our youth participants can choose from two engaging courses: the Mid Distance (ages 9-12) with a 150-yard swim and a 1.5-mile run, or the Short Course (ages 8 and under) featuring a 75-yard swim and a .75-mile run.

Every participant will receive a stylish shirt and a finishers medal to commemorate their achievement, and there are exciting awards for the top three male and female finishers in each distance.
