This exciting event takes place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, in beautiful Centennial, Arapahoe, and welcomes all young athletes aged 6 to 14. Runners will experience a scenic and challenging course featuring grass, crushed dirt rock, and rolling hills, which promises to be both fun and rewarding.
The race schedule includes various distances tailored to different age groups, ensuring that every participant has a chance to shine. Distances range from a 2K (1.24 miles) for those aged 8 and under, to a 4K (2.48 miles) for the oldest competitors, ages 13-14. Each race will be professionally chip-timed, and all participants will receive a custom bib. The top 10 boys and girls in each division will be celebrated with custom die-cast medals, making this an unforgettable experience for all. Join us for the ninth annual Colorado Coyotes Cross Country Invitationala high-energy event open to all youth runners ages 6 to 14!
This exciting meet features a scenic course made up of grass, crushed dirt rock, a few sidewalk crossings, and rolling hillsperfect for a fun and challenging race experience.
All races will be professionally chip-timed by Colorado Race Timing [https://www.coloradoracetiming.com], and each runner will receive a custom bib. The top 10 boys and girls in each division will earn custom die-cast medals to commemorate their performance.
Races will be run coed (boys and girls together), and age groups are determined by the runners age as of December 31, 2025.
