WHEN & WHERE
* WHEN: Tuesdays, meet at 5:30 p.m.; run starts at 5:45 p.m.
* WHERE: Fleet Feet Columbia (south Columbia)
* DISTANCE: ~3 miles, pace groups 811 min/mile
* SAFETY: Well-lit route; reflective gear and headlamps encouraged
* WAIVER: All participants must sign a waiver each week. Members are already covered; guests must sign before running
Volunteers serve as pacers and ambassadors to guide, support, and create a fun, safe environment. Come connect with other runners, stay active, and enjoy a consistent evening run through the darker months!
