THIS WILL BE IN ADDITION THE TRADITIONAL 8K (WHICH IS ALMOST EXACTLY 5 MILES), THAT HAS BEEN THE MAIN STAY DISTANCE OF THIS EVENT SINCE IT'S FOUNDING. BOTH THE 5K AND 8K RUNS WILL BE CHIP TIMED AND RUN ON USATF CERTIFIED COURSES. THERE WILL ALSO BE AN UN-TIMED 1 MILE FUN RUN/WALK. AFTER THE RACE THERE WILL BE SNACKS, DRINKS, AND GREAT PRIZES.
