BLACK LARGE SQUARE WHEN & WHERE: Saturday, June 27th at Bridger Bowl Ski Area in Bozeman, MT

black large square REGISTRATION: Includes chip timing, a custom race shirt, catered lunch & drink provided by Bridger Bowl, and a chance to win top awards and raffle prizes.
black large square COURSE: The course is mostly technical, single-track trail with some tall grass sections.
black large square CUT OFF TIME: This race has a 4-hour cut off time and is not recommended for walkers or hikers.
black large square AID STATIONS: There are 3 cupless aid stations along the course. You must provide your own cup/hydration system or consider purchasing your own reusable race cup with race registration.

Stay on all designated trails and follow the race flags. Do not cut trails or switchbacks. Run through mud and snow sections, not around them.

NEW FOR 2026, THE CROSS CUT JUNIOR TRAIL CHAMPIONSHIP IS A 5 MILE RACE BY BOZEMAN TRACK CLUB. THE 5 MILE COURSE IS A TWO LOOP COURSE ACCUMULATING A TOTAL OF 1,000 FEET ON SINGLE TRACK AND PRIMITIVE ROAD SURFACE FROM THE BASE OF BRIDGER BOWL. THIS IS AN IDEAL OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED RUNNERS AGES 12-15 TO PROVE THEMSELVES AT A REGIONAL LEVEL.
