Who is Classic Cars for the Cure?

Classic Cars for the Cure is a nonprofit organization that assist cancer survivors by providing personalized care packages. If funds allow, we can also assist with bill payments, cleaning services, providing healthy meals, providing or finding transportation, and more. Our heart is also not only for cancer survivors but for their caregivers. We understand what it is like to be a caregiver and to have a family member battle cancer as well.

Do I have to walk the entire time?

No, if you feel like doing only a mile, you can just do one mile. But if you do not finish the 5K, you will not be considered a finalist for the award/ medal.

How much does the race increase after August 15th? And can I still register on the race day?

Our race will increase by $5 more per registration after the August 15th deadline. You can register on the race day, but please note we cannot accept cash or cards, only Zelle. This is per Mansfield Parks and Recreation Policies. Thank you for understanding.

I would like to sign up my team of 10 or more, how do I do so?

My child would like to participate, can he/she participate?

Yes, children under 11 years old are free to participate in the race. If you would like to purchase a shirt for them, they are $10. It is best to order their shirt when you register them for the race, to ensure we have their t-shirt size.

Are strollers allowed?

Of course! This is a family- friendly event.

Can my family cheer me on at the race?

Yes, we would love for your family to be there, but anyone who would like to participate in the actual race must register for the race due to liability. But we want you to feel supported as you are walking or running for loved ones or friends.

What time does the race start?

The race will begin at 9:00 am. Registration begins at 8:00 am. We will post on our website additional dates when you can pickup your goody bags.
