Get ready for the 25th Annual Darien Dash, a vibrant and family-friendly event taking place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at the Darien Swim & Recreation Club in Darien, DuPage! This exciting race day offers a variety of distances to choose from: a fun 1 Mile run, a challenging 5K, and an exhilarating 10K, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The event kicks off bright and early with a FREE Kiddie Fun Run for children aged 6 and under at 8:15 AM, followed by the 5K and 10K races at 8:30 AM, and the 1 Mile run at 8:35 AM.
Participants can look forward to a fantastic atmosphere filled with DJ music to warm up, and everyone who registers will receive a complimentary swag bag and a stylish t-shirt. Awards will be presented to the top three finishers in each category, adding an extra layer of excitement to the day. 8:15 AM - FREE Kiddie Fun Run* (Ages 6 and under)
8:30 AM - 5k $40 per entrant in advance/$45 on race day
8:30 AM - 10K $50 per entrant in advance/$55 on race day
8:35 AM - 1 Mile $30 per entrant in advance/$35 on race day
*No refunds will be given. In the case of inclement weather, the race will be delayed to a date TBA.*
Race course closes just prior to final award ceremony.
AWARDS FOR THE TOP 3 IN 1 MILE, 5K, & 10K RUN - AWARD CEREMONIES WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE END OF EACH RACE.
