Participants will enjoy professionally timed results, and this race is also a Peachtree Road Race Qualifier!
Not only will you be participating in a fantastic race, but you’ll also be supporting a great cause. All proceeds benefit the International Community School, which uniquely serves refugee, immigrant, and local students together in an inclusive learning environment. Plus, don’t forget to bring any old bikes to donate, as our friends at Global Spokes, Inc. will be collecting them to help those in need in the community. Register before April 17th to snag a complimentary T-shirt, and get ready to embrace the joy of running for a purpose—rain or shine!

Dash at Dawn was inspired by the 20-year legacy of our inaugural PE teacher, Coach Dawn. She saw running not just as a sport, but as an equalizer that bridges cultures and backgrounds in our community. We lace up to celebrate that spirit of inclusion!
All proceeds from the race benefit International Community School. ICS is the only IB school in Georgia designed to educate refugee, immigrant, and local students together in a community dedicated to mutual learning.
This is a USATF certified race course, and your results will be professionally timed. Dash at Dawn is a Peachtree Road Race Qualifier.

BIKE DRIVE
Our friends at Global Spokes, Inc. will be joining us on race day to collect bike donations. As a 501(c)(3) organization, they specialize in refurbishing donated bikes and gifting them to local refugees and unhoused individuals in DeKalb County. If you have any old bikes (children or adult sizes) please bring them to the 5K event. They will be on-site to collect bike donations.
