Five years ago, the Denver Democrats launched the first Dash for Democracy with a simple goal: bringing together people who care about their community, healthy living, and democracy. Thanks to supporters like you, that vision has grown into one of our signature annual events.

Whether you've run with us every year or this is your first time hearing about it, there's a place for you at the starting line. Dash for Democracy is more than a fun run, it's a morning to connect with fellow Democrats, meet elected officials and candidates for office, and celebrate the values that bring our community together. Runners chasing a personal best, families out for a casual walk, volunteers, and neighbors from across the city all come together for the same cause.
