Join us at Riverfront Park in Ravenswood, Jackson, for this exciting event that starts at 8:30 a.m. Participants will enjoy a scenic 3.1-mile route along the beautiful Ohio River while supporting a vital cause. This year, the event is partnering with the Ravenswood Recreation Youth Program to raise awareness about diabetes, emphasizing the importance of exercise in prevention.
Registration is open, with pre-registration fees of just $25 for ages 18 and older and $15 for those 17 and under, available until May 21, 2027. On race day, registration will be $30 and $20 respectively. All proceeds benefit the Coplin Health Systems Diabetes Program and the Ravenswood Recreation Youth Program, making your participation even more meaningful. Join us for a fantastic morning of fitness, fun, and community spirit while helping to combat diabetes one step at a time!

Organiser's Description
The 11th Annual Dash for Diabetes 5k Run/Walk put on by Coplin Health Systems Diabetes Initiative will be on June 12th at 8:30 a.m. at Riverfront Park in Ravenswood, WV. The Dash for Diabetes route follows the 3.1 miles route along the Ohio River in Ravenswood, West Virginia. Again this year, Coplin will be teaming up with Ravenswood Recreation Youth Program to spread awareness for the nationwide epidemic of diabetes. Unbeknownst to most, one of the best ways to prevent diabetes is through exercise!
So, what better ways to raise awareness and teach prevention than through a 5K Run/Walk! Join us for a great morning and while supporting great causes.
