Organiser's Description
Come race with us in northwest Oklahoma's ONLY Triathlon! Swim in northwest Oklahoma's largest lake and enjoy the spectacular view of the lake as you bike across the Canton dam and down Thunder Road. The entire course will be closed to vehicle traffic for the race. Both the biking and running courses are fast and flat, offering stunning views of Canton Lake in the morning sunrise.
Bring your tent or camper and make reservations at Recreation.gov to stay in Canadian Campground, next to the triathlon race hub and have a fun, relaxing race weekend!
Other local accommodations include Crappie King Cabins, AirBNB, and the Canton Motel in Canton, all just minutes from the race location. If staying at the lake or in Canton, be sure to feed your fuel or enjoy a recovery meal at the Overlook Cafe (located along the course on the dam), El Charro's, Smokin' Bro's barbeque, or catch a meal and try your luck at the Canton Lucky Star Casino's restaurant, The Rez.
