This vibrant community event features a fantastic lineup, including the main 5K race, the Talley Eye Institute 1-mile youth run, and the Cook Orthodontics Kids Dash, ensuring there's something for everyone in the family. With the race taking place on the beautiful trails you help support, every step you take will contribute to maintaining the wonderful parks and public spaces in Warrick County.
The festivities kick off with opening ceremonies at 7:45 AM, followed by the 5K at 8:00 AM, the youth run at 9:00 AM, and the Kids Dash at 9:30 AM. Participation is incredibly affordable, with entry fees at just $10 for the Kids Dash, $15 for the 1-mile run, and $30 for the 5K. Join us at Friedman Park for a day filled with community spirit, fitness, and fun! Don’t forget to pick up your race packets early on May 3rd from 3 PM to 6 PM, or on race day starting at 6:30 AM.

New name, new date, new course, same great event. Our annual 5K event, now the Derby Day 5K, will include a 5k, the Talley Eye Institute 1-mile youth run and the Cook Orthodontics' Kids Dash! Now, you will get to race on the trails that you support!
All proceeds from Derby Day 5K will benefit Warrick Trails and the Warrick Parks Foundation to help fund and maintain the trails, parks, and public spaces in Warrick County.
