Join the excitement at the Dino Dash on Sunday, November 3rd, 2024, in beautiful Tustin, Orange County! This beloved community event brings together runners, walkers, and cyclists of all ages to support the Tustin Public Schools Foundation. Participants can choose from a variety of race distances, including a 2K fun run, chip-timed 5K and 10K runs, as well as Bike Tours tailored for all skill levels—15K for the experienced riders and a family-friendly 5K on closed roads for those looking for a more leisurely experience.
Starting bright and early, the day kicks off with race-day registration at 5:30 AM, followed by the opening of the Dino Dash Expo at 7:00 AM. The action-packed schedule includes the 10K run starting at 7:00 AM, the 5K at 8:00 AM, and the non-timed 2K Fun Run at 9:00 AM. Everyone will have a chance to earn unique finisher medals designed by local students, and top finishers will receive hand-crafted Dino Dash trophies! With free family activities at the Expo, this event is not only a chance to get active but also a wonderful opportunity

IT'S AN ORANGE COUNTY TRADITION!
The Dinosaur Dash is a community run, walk, and bike event benefiting the Tustin Public Schools Foundation. There's something for everyone--a 2k fun run, chip-timed 5k and 10k runs, and Bike Tours for all riding levels (15k and a family-friendly 5k).
The finisher medal for the 10k, 5k, and Bike Tour features our unique, student-designed logo.
The 5k and 10k top finishers in each racing age division will receive the official Dino Dash trophy--hand-made by Tustin Unified students. Second- and third-place finishers will receive a medal. The 2k Fun Run and the Bike Tour are not timed and do not have age division awards.
The 15k bike tour passes through Tustin and Irvine before returning to The Market Place in Tustin. This tour is recommended for riders age 13 and up since it is on open roads. We also offer a family-friendly 5K tour on closed roads. The Bike Tours are not timed.
A free family Expo will offer activities, school fundraising booths, and exhibitors.
The Tustin Public Schools Foundation is a charitable organization that supports the students and teachers of Tustin Unified schools by funding grants, scholarships, and enrichment programs such as after-school sports, robotics, college readiness, Tustin Summer Academy, and more.

CLOSEDThis is a Rules of the Road ride and all riders are required to know and follow all traffic laws. You must be able to fix any mechanical breakdowns. Electric bikes are allowed, as this isn't a timed event. All riders are asked to obey traffic laws, watch speeds, and look out for each other. A helmet is required for all riders. The 15K bike tour is not recommended for children under 13. A 15K distance is 9.1 miles. The Bike Tour starts at 6:30 AM. Please note: race day registrations are not guaranteed a shirt, as quantities are limited. -
