This exciting event will take place at Centennial Park, located at 1660 N. Michigan St., and features both a 1 Mile Fun Run and a 5K Run/Walk. Registration kicks off at 1 PM, followed by opening ceremonies at 2:15 PM, with the Fun Run starting at 2:30 PM. The 5K will begin shortly after, ensuring a day packed with community spirit and support.
Expect a fantastic atmosphere with food trucks, raffles, and a 50/50 drawing to keep the energy high! To secure your event t-shirt, be sure to register by September 18th. 2026 Down Syndrome Awareness Walk/Run hosted by Delta theta tau, Zeta Zeta Chapter Plymouth
1 Mile Fun Run~ 5K Run/Walk
Date- October 4, 2026 for the second annual Down syndrome Awareness walk/run.
Location- Centennial Park 1660 N. Michigan St. Plymouth, IN 46563 (Big Hill in Plymouth Park near the tennis courts)

Parking will take place across the street from the big hill near the baseball field.
T-shirt pickup and registration check-in will take place starting at 1PM with opening ceremonies at 2:15 and fun run to start at 2:30 PM.
5K will start about 20-30 minutes after fun run.
We will have several food trucks on site with raffles and a 50/50.
To be guaranteed a t-shirt you must register by September 18th.
Proceeds will be benefiting those with special needs in our community!
