Willow Adventure is super excited to offer the inaugural Du-Ruyter Duathlon set for October 11, 2025 in DeRuyter, NY. This Willow Adventure single day event will include a 5K run, 5K kayak (DeRuyter Lake) and finishing with a 5K run back to the start/finish line. This unique Duathlon event will take place simultaneously with the Tromptown Half Marathon & 5K [https://runsignup.com/Race/NY/DeRuyter/TromptownHalfMarathon5KFeaturingtheDeRUTYERCUP]
