With 100% of the proceeds going directly to this meaningful cause, you can feel great knowing your participation contributes to restoring hope and wellness in the community. PLEASE JOIN US FOR ELEMENT FIVE FITNESS'S "E5 MOVES" 3RD ANNUAL 5K AND 1 MILE RUN/WALK.
100% of proceeds will benefit the Eagles Haven Wellness Center.
The mission of Eagles Haven Wellness Center is to honor the lives of the victims and survivors of the tragic MSD school shooting, to rediscover wellness and to restore hope to the Parkland/Coral Springs community through family strengthening navigation services, wellness experiences, crisis support, and support groups.
