Kickstart your morning at 7:00 AM with a heart-pumping 5K and a fun-filled 1 Mile run/walk. This inspiring annual race, hosted by Element Five Fitness, supports the Eagles Haven Wellness Center, a vital organization dedicated to honoring the lives of the victims and survivors of the tragic MSD school shooting.
Participants will enjoy an uplifting atmosphere while contributing to a meaningful cause, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Eagles Haven. Compete for prizes as the top three male and female finishers will be recognized! All registered participants will receive a stylish race t-shirt, and don't forget to select your size by April 8th, 2026. PLEASE JOIN US FOR ELEMENT FIVE FITNESS'S "E5 MOVES" 4TH ANNUAL 5K AND 1 MILE RUN/WALK.
100% of proceeds will benefit the Eagles Haven Wellness Center.
The mission of Eagles Haven Wellness Center is to honor the lives of the victims and survivors of the tragic MSD school shooting, to rediscover wellness and to restore hope to the Parkland/Coral Springs community through family strengthening navigation services, wellness experiences, crisis support, and support groups.
