Lace up your sneakers, grab a few friends and join us for the Eel River Music Fest Rock the Run 5K!
This fun run/walk event will tip our caps to past events by bringing together runners, walkers, families, and community supporters for a morning of fitness, fellowship, and fond memories! While remembering how we got here, we keep our eyes on what is to come as all funds will go to support plans for future Eel River Music Fest RocThi k the Run event - and we have BIG plans!
Kick your morning off on the campus of Manchester High School with an out-and-back route along asphalt roads looping around Chester Heights for the return to MHS.
Early registration receives a free t-shirt.
Student rate for those ages 10 through 18.
This is a non-competitive run/walk to encourage fitness and community.
Prizes for the best dressed rock 'n roller or come as the ultimate concert goer - glitter, tutus, big hair or your favorite t-shirt!
Whether you run, walk, volunteer, sponsor, or cheer from the sidelines, your participation helps make a difference.
