Participants will have the opportunity to compete in thrilling running events such as the 100 M Dash, 1/4 Mile, 1/2 Mile, 3/4 Mile, and the 1 Mile, as well as tackle low hurdles in the 100 M Hurdles. Field enthusiasts can showcase their talents in dynamic events like Shot Put, Long Jump, Discus, and Javelin. Encompass Recreation is proud to offer a five (5) week Track + Field series for all youth ages 2 through high-school.
Each series date takes place on designated Sundays and offers age/grade appropriate distances and events for everyone.
Running Events:
* 100 M Dash
* 100 M Hurdles (low hurdles)
* 1/4 Mile
* 1/2 Mile
* 3/4 Mile
* 1 Mile
Field Events:
* Shot Put
* Long Jump
* Discus
