Push your limits and find your flow in the Etown Trail Classic 8-Hour Ultra at Buffalo Lake , a unique timed endurance challenge held on the scenic loop trail surrounding Elizabethtowns beautiful Buffalo Lake. Runners will test themselves on a loop-style course designed for consistency, strategy, and gritperfect for veterans of timed ultras or first-timers looking to step beyond the marathon distance.

The roughly 3-mile loop offers a mix of crushed gravel paths, rolling singletrack, and quiet lakeside views with minimal elevation gainmaking it ideal for steady pacing and mental focus. Run as many loops as you can in 8 hours. Whether you're aiming for a personal mileage record, looking to hit 50K or beyond, or simply want to enjoy a long day on the trail, this event is all about endurance, community, and pushing your own boundaries.

Fully stocked aid station at the start/finish area keeps you fueled, while the laid-back, looped format means youre never far from your gear, nutrition, or a cheering crowd.

Solo runners and relay teams welcome.

AWARDS

There will be awards for the top male/female/team finishers based on mileage completed in the 8 hour ultra, along with a finisher's prize for all runners. The 5K will have awards for the top 3 over all Male and Female runners and overall under 12 Kids awards.





PIT AREA

Runners are able to set up chairs, blankets (no larger than 10x10) in the field past the start/finish line. Tents are also welcome for those wanting a little extra space.



OUR PURPOSE

All proceed from this race will go to the TKS Middle School Cheer Team to help reduce the cost on Families for uniforms and competition fees.
