Organiser's Description
Put on your cape and meet us on the fast, flat course entirely within Etowah River Park and Heritage Park in Canton, Georgia.
Georgia urgently needs a milk bank to provide safe, donor breastmilk for medically fragile infants who cannot receive milk from their own mothersgiving them vital nutrition and immune protection. Race proceeds will be made available to directly support the MedMilk Project: Building Georgias Milk Bank.
This event also raises awareness for World Breastfeeding Week, a global campaign to inform, support, and empower families on breastfeeding and related health issues. By participating, you help ensure Georgia families have the resources and support they needand help bring Georgias first milk bank to life.
