Get ready to energize your fitness routine with the exciting "Fall Into Fitness" virtual challenge, running from October 21 to November 11, 2025! This fun-filled, three-week event is designed for everyoneβwhether youβre a gym enthusiast, an occasional walker, or just looking to increase your daily movement. Hosted in partnership by Health Corps and the San Diego Unified School District, participants can log their minutes or hours of movement from the comfort of their own homes or wherever they choose to get active.
Join forces with friends, family, or your school team and compete to log the most movement across San Diego Unified School District. As you challenge yourself and encourage others to step out of their comfort zones, youβll be in the running for fabulous prizes and bragging rights! Each week, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place individual winners will be announced, along with a grand prize for the school with the most movement logged. This is the perfect opportunity to take that extra stride, go for a refreshing walk, or finally tackle that hike you've been postponing. Remember, every bit of movement counts towards your overall wellness, so rally your community and get ready to Fall Into Fitness!

Organiser's Description
Do you go to the gym? Take a daily walk? Play a sport? Or simply wanting to get more movement but don't know how? This challenge is for you! Fall Into Fitness is a 3 week long virtual Fitness Challenge hosted by Health Corps and San Diego Unified School District. All you have to do is to log your regular minutes or hours of movement here on RunSignUp, while also encouraging you and your friends to get out of your comfort zones and win prizes!
How do you win? The challenge is to log more hours/minutes of movement than your friends, other staff members, and family across San Diego Unified School District. The more you move, the higher your chances are of winning bragging rights at your school or in your family AND cool prizes! You can either sign up individually, join your school's team, or both! EACH WEEK WE WILL HAVE 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD PLACE INDIVIDUAL WINNERS AND ONE MAIN OVERALL SCHOOL WINNER AT THE END OF THE CHALLENGE. THE SCHOOL WITH MOST MOVEMENT LOGGED WILL WIN A BANNER FOR THEIR SCHOOL AND A SPECIAL DONATION!
