Plus, all participants will receive complimentary registration for the Trick or Trot 5K or 10K on October 31st, along with exclusive discounts at Queen City Running Company. Organiser's Description
WHAT: A coach-led 10 week training program leading to your next PR! The goal of the program is to provide guidance and workouts that will build to your next 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon. The program will meet for a group Speed Work sessions, which will primarily be time-based so that both newer runners and experienced runners can find value and strength in the workout! There will also be a program to follow with homework runs building to your choice of Fall Goal Race!
WHO: Anyone looking for group Speed Work sessions, focusing on running stronger.
WHEN: Tuesdays at 5:45 PM. Starting August 25th through Tuesday October 27th.
The program will meet once a week for 10 weeks with an experienced coach leading the way. Groups workouts will take place Tuesdays starting at 5:45 PM on August 25th and will continue through Tuesday October 27th. Plan to spend two to four additional days to accomplish your running homework on your own (dependent on your personal goal race).
WHERE: South Beach Parking Lot, 501 S Lake St., Marquette, MI. Meet in the parking lot, we'll be warming up together and running on both the multi-use path and well as local streets.
GOAL RACE: All participants will receive complimentary registration into the Trick or Trot 5K or 10K on Saturday October 31th. But if you have a different Fall 2026 goal race, you will receive a custom training plan for that race!
ADDITIONAL PERKS: All participants will receive exclusive discounts at Queen City Running Company during the duration of the program.
