Organiser's Description
Halloween is a joyful night for many, but for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), it can pose many challenges due to sensory sensitivities, causing stress and discomfort. These obstacles can limit enjoyment, which is why the FALLoween Festival was created: to provide a safe and enjoyable Halloween experience for individuals of all ages and abilities.
This family-friendly event will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at The Els Center of Excellence® from 9 AM – 12 PM and will feature a sensory-friendly ‘Haunted Hallway’ entrance to the event, a costume contest, carnival activities, light bites, trick-or-treating, and so much more!
