Not everyone wants to (or can!) run or walk a 5K—and that's perfectly okay!

Become an official Fast & the Furriest Couch Potato and support St. Sophia's Forgotten Felines your own way. Cheer participants on from the comfort of your couch, or join us at the event to celebrate from our dedicated Couch Potato Cheer Section along the course.

You'll still be making a lifesaving difference by helping raise funds for homeless cats, without ever breaking a sweat.

Please Remember:
This is a fun, family-friendly, and pet-friendly event.
All participants should treat fellow runners, walkers, volunteers, and park visitors with kindness and respect.
Dogs are welcome on leash.
Cats are welcome when safely secured in a pet stroller, enclosed carrier, or backpack carrier.
Please clean up after your pets and help us keep the park beautiful.
Stay on the designated event route and follow directions from volunteers and event staff.
Have fun, take lots of photos, and celebrate your accomplishments at the Finishing Feline Festival after the race!
