The excitement culminates in "The Mile," a special 1-mile run/walk event on May 24, celebrating the achievements of all participants. For just $55, each child will receive a T-shirt, water, and a refreshing fruit snack after each session, along with free registration for The Mile. Session 2: 1:30pm to 2:30pm
LEVEL 2! This group is designed to build on knowledge of running and track events from the previous year.
*Participants must be at least 9 years old and have participated in a previous season.
WHERE: Boardman High School Stadium, 7777 Glenwood Ave, Boardman, OH 44512
WHO CAN JOIN: Kids Grade K - 6. *Must be 5 years old to participate.
WHAT: Get out, get active, and learn about Track and Field! Each week kids will be broken into groups based on their age and rotate through multiple events learning about each one: Events include: 100 meters, Hurdles, Long Jump, 4x100 Meter Relay, Throws, and 1/2 Mile Run.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: T-shirt, Water and a Fruit Snack following each week's event, and free registration into "The Mile", a 1-Mile Run/Walk event held on May 24 (week 5) at Boardman High School.
COST: $55 per child
