Get ready to lace up your sneakers and don your best 80s attire for the 3rd Annual Fearless Fighters 5K and Fun Run/Walk! This exciting event will take place on Sunday, September 15th, 2025, in the vibrant town of Stow, Summit, at the picturesque Heritage Barn in Silver Springs Park. Kicking off with an energizing opening ceremony at 8:30 AM, participants can choose between a 1 Mile Run/Walk starting at 9:00 AM and the main 5K Run/Walk commencing at 9:30 AM.
This year’s special edition promises a nostalgic journey back to the '80s, complete with a DJ spinning all the classic hits from the era. As participants cross the finish line, they will be celebrated during the closing ceremonies at 10:30 AM, where age group winners will be honored, and exciting raffle prizes will be announced. Each registrant will receive a cinch backpack, race-day T-shirt, Fearless Fighters bracelet, and a participation medal to commemorate their achievement. 10:30 am- Closing Ceremonies (We will announce all age group winners (male & female) and winners of our raffle baskets).
This year's 3rd annual Fearless Fighters 5K and Fun Run Sponsored by Circle K is an 80s Theme where you can dress up in 80s attire, and our DJ will play all those hits from the '80s!
This year's event will be held on Sunday, September 15th. The Fun Run/Walk & 5K will start and end at Heritage Barn in Sliver Springs Park. Each registrant will receive a cinch backpack, a race-day T-shirt, a Fearless Fighters bracelet, and a participation medal. Packet pick-up will be on Saturday, September 14th, at Bellacinos in Stow from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and on race day from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Participants will receive an email with more details before race week.
The Fearless Fighters Foundation is dedicated to funding advanced pediatric cancer research, easing the financial strain of families facing pediatric cancer treatment, and supplying those families with resources to help keep them connected and together throughout treatment.
