Event summary
Participants can kick off the evening with a 5k-ish run at 6:00 PM, navigating through two laps of a twisty and challenging course at the Emmaus Compost Center. Following the run, the first bike race begins at 6:30 PM, featuring four laps of exhilarating competition. The second bike race will switch things up with three laps in the opposite direction, adding to the fun!
Every week promises not only competitive racing but also a vibrant community atmosphere, complete with free beer (two per person limit), delicious food from local food trucks, and complimentary race photos. With a flat registration fee of just $20 for both the run and bike races, the Fifth Street Cross is the ultimate underground party in the Lehigh Valley. So gather your friends, unleash your competitive spirit, and join in on the fun this fall!

ABOUT THE COURSE
You run at the Emmaus Compost Center (its not a dump!) between the tape of the cyclocross course. This will the 21st year of Fifth Street Cross! The course is twisty and turny and usually a lot slower than most people think any reasonable running course should be. For this reason, we believe it to be the best cross country race course in the history of Emmaus. Youre welcome.
WHAT YOU GET EVERY WEEK
Free Beer! 2 per person limit. Food Truck slingin' meals. Free race photos. The best underground party in the Lehigh Valley.
RACE RULES
* Dont be a dick.
* 5th place is First.
* Promoters ruling is final.
* We will make every reasonable attempt to provide accurate results.
* All results are final.
* Dont break the tape.
* Patronize our sponsors.
* If you get hurt, its your own fault.
* Sign a damn waiver
* You must check in with registration staff to be counted in the results.

Fifth Street Cross began as a cyclocross bike race series, and you can participate in both. You can register for both here for a flat fee of $20. So much fun to be had, so much racing to do! Scoring for the run/ride will be based on your place in the run and _first_ bike race (4x laps) only.
