THE 14TH ANNUAL FINGER LAKES MUD RUN IS AN OUTDOOR CHALLENGE COURSE THAT TAKES PLACE ON THE BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS OF EVEREST PARK, WITH ABOUT 43 (IN 2024) OBSTACLES BOTH MAN MADE AND NATURAL, THAT IS USUALLY JUST OVER FOUR MILES LONG. DESIGNED TO HELP CULTIVATE CAMARADERIE AND TEAMWORK, FAMILIES AND FRIENDS CAN LOOK FORWARD TO AN EXHILARATING, CHALLENGING, AND EXTREMELY MUDDY ADVENTURE! Children aged 10 and older can participate in the full Mud Run course. Children aged 10 - 12 must be accompanied by an adult team member. Children aged 5 through 10 will be able to participate on the Mini-Muddy, a significantly shorter, but still plenty muddy obstacle course for little ones who want to experience the fun of the mud! -

The Mini Muddy is a much shorter, and scaled down version of the big race, appropriate for children aged 5 through 10. Adult guardians of Mini-Mudders are welcome to accompany their child at no extra cost.
